Riverview IT Solutions is a locally owned managed service provider based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We provide managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud and Microsoft 365 administration, and network management for small and mid-sized businesses across Chattanooga and the surrounding Tri-Cities area. We also design and install smart home technology, structured cabling, and low-voltage systems for custom home builders, spec builders, and homeowners.

That mix keeps the work varied. One day you’re hardening a client’s network or migrating a mailbox; the next you’re designing whole-home Wi-Fi for a new build. We’re a small team, which means the people who work here get real ownership of their projects and direct relationships with the clients they support.

What We Look For

  • Friendly, personable people who enjoy helping others and can explain technology in plain English
  • Great communicators who make clients feel comfortable, whether in person, over the phone, or by email
  • People who take ownership of problems and see them through until they’re fully resolved
  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Wi-Fi, networking, or general IT support (or a willingness to learn)
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to work at client offices, homes, and job sites throughout the Chattanooga area
  • Bonus: Experience with Ubiquiti, structured cabling, smart home technology, low-voltage installations, or certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
